How Holy Cross is led
Our Principal leads Holy Cross day to day. Our nine-member Board of Trustees, seven of whom are graduates of this school, holds executive responsibility and works alongside the Principal.

Mrs. Rebecca Magro
Principal
Mrs. Rebecca Magro became Principal of Holy Cross Preparatory Academy on July 1, 2026. She brings 16 years of experience in Catholic education and academic leadership, including serving as Director of College and School Counseling at Notre Dame High School in Lawrenceville, her alma mater, and counseling roles at West Windsor-Plainsboro High School and Immaculata High School.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Marist College, a Master of Arts in Counseling from The College of New Jersey, a Supervisor Certification from Rowan University, and a Post-Master's Principal Certification from Felician University
